Start with the focus of the day (e.g. Mindful Monday, Therapeutic Thursday)

While the Kundalini Yoga practice may follow a shared structure, each guide brings their own lineage, voice, and lived experience. The result? This program is designed for all levels! Each practice is accessible and includes modifications, so you can go at your own pace.
The practices are flexible and can fit into your schedule, taking anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes per day depending on what you can manage. Even if you can’t do the full practice, simply listening or engaging in a small part will still help you stay connected to the transformation.
No problem! While daily practice is encouraged, even just listening or engaging in a small part of the practice will help you stay aligned with the process. Progress, not perfection, is key.

Hello, I'm Connie
Creator, Cleansing Within
I began my journey in Osteopathy in 2007, following a lifelong curiosity about the intricate connections between the body, brain, and spirit. Nearly three decades in the healing arts have deepened my reverence for how we hold, release, and transform both individually and collectively.
Along the way, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra became profound teachers for me. These practices dissolved old layers, sharpened my focus, supported hormonal balance, restored deep sleep, and renewed the mobility of my body. More than that, they awakened in me a vision: to weave together the wisdom of many guides and teachers, each bringing their unique voice, passion, and brilliance into a shared field of healing.
Cleansing Within was born from this vision, a community space where collaboration replaces competition, where nature’s cyclical intelligence is honoured, and where transformation unfolds most powerfully in the company of others.
Beyond my work, I cherish time with my husband and three children—whether hiking trails, playing in the surf, kayaking under low branches, or soaking in the wonder of sunrises and sunsets.
The trees are letting go. The air is calling you in.
